Dark Colored Honey Figs?

I’ve bought several from them over the years. Good product. The old saying of the best time to buy a tree is 20 years ago but the second best is today 😂
I should point out that if someone wants to buy from them, they should check out both their website and their figbid. Sometimes they have varieties that are available on one and not the other. Also the prices are sometimes different. For example Ventura is $20+$10 shipping on the website. At figbid they are selling it (currently)for $37 with free shipping. It $7 cheaper to get it from the website.

It depends how dark you want, grayed skin to black skins with honey insides. A few I have may be close: Wuhan, Carmelitana, sweet joy are three I’ve ripened with a darker or gray skin with honey insides that tasted great. Many other varieties out there that would fit.

@Bofig thank you, I'll look into them
I think Val Rosso falls into this category. I've been growing this for a long time. It was one of Pino's finds....

Super sweet. Melon like flavour. Thin skin and seemingly seedless... I'm surprised it never became more popular. It's very good.

Wow that's wild, it looks almost seedless!
Beall has a dark skin with amber honey flesh and performs really well in hot and humid climates.

Man that's a beautiful looking fig. I wonder how it would do in the Northeast. Maybe too late?
