Thank you, Toronto Joe, aka Joe and Figless, aka Gregg, for these cuttings I received after donating to the page. I first washed them all and let them dry overnight. I then uprooted 12 in a tree pot using Promix HP, on June 11th, and the rest I stuck in a 40% peat moss, 40% compost, and 20% perlite mix a few days later. I used Clonex on all the cuttings, stuck some in a clear cup, some in a pot, and put them in a shaded spot on the side of my shed, that's only gets about 1-2 hours of sun as the sun moves directly over the garage so i have them under a shadecloth. It's been raining the entire month of May and June here in New Jersey. However, we are expecting sunny days until next Thursday with temperatures reaching 90 to 101 degrees. I will spray the topsoil medium as they dry out; however, I have not had to do so since I stuck them outside in the topsoil medium. Here are some pics from when I received them, pre- and post-uprooting. Let's talk figs!!!!!!
