Chicken and Rice Casserole

Leftover chicken, how ever much you have. I like to use left over smoked chicken but also frequently use rotisserie chicken
1.5 cups rice
1.5 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 TBSP butter

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add rice, broth, soups and chicken and stir to combine. Pour into a 13x9 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 mins to an hour.
Super easy and my kids love it!
If you are missing one of the soups, you can sub in a 2nd can of one of the others. Its a forgiving recipe.
