Looks like it would be good to have. Seems like you can espalier a tree branch without using poles and cable. That is if it works like the video shows.No I don't have this tool. That's an amazing tool.
Yours looks better than the one in the video. That one the metal is too thin and might injure the bark.I use these from Temu for shaping branches, I am quite happy with these.

That's where I got mine. You want the one sold as a roll (coiled). Don't buy the pre-cut sticks sold in packs. I think they are 10-12 inches long. They are different, very rigid and hard to work with and you are limited to those lengths.I see the foamy, bendy wire at Dollarama all the time. Never thought of using them like this... Great tip!
