@TorontoJoe you would really love this one. Actually we had a couple of installers today to install a new over the stove microwave and when they came into the kitchen they asked what smells so good and I showed them this. They said it looked as good as it smelled. You should recognize it, escarole Fagioli. I add Italian sausage to mine.
