Apple season and seeing apple pies all around but never even thought of fig pies! Those look and sound amazing. Yum!

I think that I will try this next year the easy way by using pre-made pie crust or croissant rolls in a can for pie crust, and fill it with figs, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon
