This is something I grew up eating through Christmas and new years. A lot of southern Italians make these on Christmas holidays. I thought I’d share it with you folks. Some people make it with anchovies inside and some people make it as a sweet with powdered sugar and the sicilians with lots of honey. Theie like donuts but made different Any guess??

My father would have called them Cuddruriaddri but knowing Vito is Siciliano, I opted for use of Palermitano

@Figgerlickinggood you are also correct… if you are in Napoli :)

Stupid Italian regional dialects 🤣
You are correct. My Italian side is from t Naples area. They spoke Napolatana. Then we have this other one called Saint Joseph Zeppole. Also knock your socks off. These usually come out around Easter Time.

Sometimes I don't know which are better, Greek or Italian foods, but man some of the Italian treats....oh yeah. lol
I can imagine the Italians sitting around their homes eating these goodies listening to stuff like this.

I’m sitting here listening to him sing and laughing thinking he sings just Bob Dylan, his mouth’s moving but you can’t understand one word his saying till I realized he’s singing in Italian. Then I thought “ betcha the Italians probably couldn’t understand him either. 🤣🤣🤣
