2 surprises this evening

First one is a Verdolino which has become one of my favorites, a little washed out with all the rain but still very good...my last one of the season.

Next one is Verdino del Nord Unk.
Actually pretty tasty and not as washed out as the Verdolino.
Worth giving it another year.

These are last years Verdolino...so good.
They were just as good this year, if you don't have this one, it is worth having.

Verdolino is an excellent candidate for inground culture. Winter protection required up here but it's worth it. Nice figs Kevin. Can't complain going into October lol 😆

Right you are Joe, not many figs left.
You know I hadn't really considered mine for in ground, but I may just do that!

@"JMF75"#5  @"ktrain"#2 . Such a tasty surprise Verdolino. Congratulations for growing such a delicious fig fruit. Looking at yours makes me want to propagate a cutting of my own. Applause ;)

It's worth it, if you don't have the space...get rid of something else and make space. lol :D
