hand pollination

This is my Capri Q tree. I am wanting to grow some profichi figs to use for pollination. Are these figs that grew on the tree this summer the profichi figs that I will use in the spring to pollinate? If not, do I need to pick these off to give room for more figs to grow? Cheers!
