My friend MJFigs has taken a trip to Italy to share some of our fig genetics here with our international fig friends. All proper paperwork and documentation done of course. There will be a series of videos he will slowly upload for all us to view. I will attach a link for the first video which was just uploaded. Siro is the source for Siro’s Favorite fig Verdino Del Nord, Paradiso Siro, and many others that we now have in the states. Hopefully the link works for eveyone.

Cool, thanks for sharing.

Jokes aside, I highly doubt he brought the cuttings to Europe legally. I know how the regulations in the EU work and I highly doubt that the random collector was able to get all the fytoplant certificates. The problem here is that Siro could be the one to have more problems with it in the end.

All paper work was in order and customs cleared. This was a long time in the making. The red tape was crazy tho. To many hands in the cookie jar.

Reading online.....it's does appear to be very difficult if not impossible......but MJFigs is a next level collector.....so who knows? Maybe MJ can enlighten us how he did it when he gets the chance......I imagine he'll want to import some as well like Shopbunker did....

I came across this TV show called “Border Security” on YouTube. About people entering the country at airport in Australia and sometimes Canada. You’d be surprised what people try to smuggle into the countries. Those security personnel really do a thorough search of everything. Blows my mind to see the ingenious ways people find to hide and smuggle drugs and how much food they can stuff into a suitcase and then come up with the most lamo excuses on how that got into their suitcases.😂🤣😂🤣

No sir I swear I didn’t stuff 50 varieties of fig cuttings down my pants. I don’t know how they got there!
