Welcome... everyone!

Hi, My name is Brandon and I’m from St.louis Mo. I just started to learn about figs last year while looking to add more fruit trees to my 3 acre yard. I tasted my first fig like 6 months ago and the 3 I tried blew my mind. Needless to say I caught the fig bug. 😂 I purchased a few cuttings these past few months and I’m pretty sure there more to come.

Once you get the bug. It may last for a year or two or a lifetime. I hope for a life time. :)

You have 3acres? Wow! Ok everyone Brandon’s caught the fig bug. How long would you say it will be before he’s filled all 3 acres with a big orchard? Brandon you will soon see how we all got deep down the rabbit hole. 😉

Looking forward to seeing some pics.

Welcome @FertileFigs! Do you have link for more information about Permafest?

Maybe you should make a new thread in Fig Talk telling us about it, it sounds interesting.

Brandon.... you learned what so many have... that a fresh, tree ripened fig is something very special.

We look forward to enabling you! :)
