How Do You Eat Them?

How do you eat your figs? Tonight I had them on biscuits instead of jam. When the main crop EBT are ripe, I'm going to make a cobbler because they taste 100% like peaches. I guess it would be called mock peach cobbler. My favorite way to eat them is by themselves and cold, just cut in half after they have been in the refrigerator over night.

I like to eat them with my mouth wide open whole making YouTube videos or on a phone call so everyone knows I am eating a fig... Just in case they didn't know

Fresh off the tree is my favorite, although I would like to get a dehydrator and vacuum sealer and preserve in the freezer for all winter long. I just imagine being able to have my honey and Adriatic figs in mid-February while there is snow on the ground! Also, my wife has been after me to find a way to grow enough figs for her to make homemade fig jam. She made a jam from store bought figs last year and it was really good!
