Hello everyone,
Old Timer here! I just turned 70 and am beginning to feel like an old timer too. I will be pruning the following: LSU Tiger, Purple, Gold, Scott's black (limited number) and Yellow, Vista, Black Violette, Celeste, Hardy Chicago and Golden Riverside. These are good tasting hardy southern varieties. Golden Riverside although vigorous would probably do better in a dryer climate.
I not looking homes for these future cuttings (I hate throwing them away). I also have a delicious Purple Unk fig that I have not found a name for at this time. Purple Unk is a huge fig tree too. PM if interested.
